Chocolate Abuelita: from the cup to a Concha, the topping is dusted with this traditional table chocolate.
Cacao: we use organic cacao powder for this concha, dipped in chocolate—it’s pure bliss
Mexiconcha: 4 flavors in one concha—matcha, pinole, rose petals, and cacao. Our flag has never been so flavorful!
Mole: we created this mole concha as a tribute to this traditional dish, made with mole powder brought directly from Oaxaca.
The base is a fluffy hand-kneaded brioche bread baked, crafted with care, and enriched with butter, topped with a sugar crust made with lard and a variety of flavors, the preparation time of each order is 6 hours.
