Our Bread Pudding begins with bread that has been resting for 5 days, allowing it to develop a deeper texture and flavor. It’s then soaked in a rich blend of milk, butter, homemade vanilla extract, cinnamon, raisins, and fresh Eureka lemon zest… creating something soft, warm, and deeply comforting.
As it bakes, the aroma fills the kitchen — the kind that feels like home.
We finish it with our homemade caramel sauce and our house-made dulce de leche, crafted without preservatives, letting every bite stay true to what we believe in: real ingredients, real flavor, no shortcuts.
