Some things are worth doing slowly. At Oh My Concha!, every concha, every pan dulce, every bite is the result of a 6-hour labor of love — hand-kneaded dough, a touch of orange blossom essence, and a deep respect for the Mexican baking traditions passed down through generations.

We are a Miami-based artisanal bakery rooted in the flavors, colors, and soul of Mexico. What started as a passion for authentic pan dulce has grown into something much bigger: a celebration of culture, community, and the magic that happens when heritage meets creativity.

We don't rush. Our dough is hand-kneaded and given the time it needs to develop its signature texture and flavor. We use orange blossom essence and traditional recipes that honor the craft of Mexican baking.
